Vermont Wilderness Rites Be Still. Listen. What in your life is calling you?
Vermont Wilderness Rites Be Still.       Listen.       What in your life is calling you?

Throughout our lives,

we ask the essential human questions:

Who I am?

What is my life purpose?

How can I best serve?

Quest with your deepest questions –

the wild in and around you will answer.

Early Morning Canoe Paddle on Green River Reservoir

By Still Water

We hope to offer By Still Water again in 2022.

Individual and small group experiences can be created on request.

By Still Water......we will deepen our ability to listen with "the ears of our hearts" to all that is speaking within us and around us.  Bring a question or an intention into dream circles, sharing councils, time alone to reflect, and guided experiences.  Answers come in real and significant ways when we take the time to truly listen.

By Still Water can serve as an introduction to a listening relationship with the natural world or an opportunity to deepen your intuitive ways of knowing.  By Still Water will also introduce participants to the solo fast and can, for individuals who have fasted before, serve as a renewal fast.

At the height of autumn, there are few moments more peaceful and inspiring than loon calls in the rising mist over lake water.  Join us for this 7-day program which will include a 48-hour solo fast.  Private campsites next to the water with fire pits offer beauty, solitude, and simplicity.

Preparation conversations with the guides and tasks on the land in advance of the September program are offered to all participants.

Participants will need to bring a kayak or canoe or rent one near Green River Reservoir.  Participants provide food to contribute to community meal preparation. A camp kitchen is provided.  Participants also bring water or water filtration devices.  Please refer to the Equipment List page for all items to bring.
